Jason Setlock, DDS
Dr. Setlock received his Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College in Buffalo New York. He completed his dental school training at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and completed his endodontic residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. After several years of private endodontic practice in Buffalo, New York Dr. Setlock and his family relocated to Arizona where he has been practicing for the last 12 years.
Throughout his years of practice, Dr Setlock has dedicated himself to the absolute highest standard of care. Through constant refinement he has achieved exceptional patient outcomes and overall satisfaction. He goes to great length to ensure that his patients have an excellent experience and are relieved of their pain in the most gentle, predictable way possible. He has been selected by Phoenix magazine as a top endodontist in the valley, and continues to stay on top of the ever evolving technology in dentistry.
Dr. Setlock is married to his wife Emily and together they have three children: Nate, Ben and Greta. His hobbies include, hiking, camping and spending time catching up with their busy teenagers. Their kids are busy with school, part time jobs, and pursuits such as ice hockey, media and photography.
